predominantly clayey soil, with presence of schistic rocks.
(“Sgrutto” in Ligurian dialect)

Harvest:
end of October – beginning of November
Vinification:
at the end of September we cut the branches and leave them to dry on the plant until harvest. In some parcels it is crated the Botrytis Cinerea (noble rot).
